Acresfield Health Club & Spa is on standby to help the NHS. The family run business has freely offered the use of its building as a vaccination centre in the North West should more venues be required in the fight against Covid-19.
The Health Club is located near to a motorway and the market town of Garstang. It is ideally suited for this with ample parking space, an efficient one-way system within the building, and a large “Arena” which is well ventilated. Furthermore, the building could be made available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The offer has not been taken up at this time but the option still remains if required. Owner Micheal Ward says: “We are keen to support our outstanding NHS.”
