Do you allow pets?

Yes, of course. We are pet lovers ourselves, holiday home owners are allowed to bring a maximum of two dogs onto the Park.

We ask that whilst outside a holiday home that dogs are kept on a lead at all times and are walked off the Park. Riverside walks are available nearby.

Can I live on Merlewood?

Merlewood is licensed as a holiday park and not as a residential park and as such it is not permitted to use your holiday home as a permanent residence.

If you are looking for a permanent residential home, have you considered one of our residential parks which are located nearby in Garstang and in Padiham near Burnley?

Please head to the Residential Park’s website for further information. You are also welcome to visit our Parks.

As seasons have become longer and holiday homes more comfortable, you will naturally want to make more use of your holiday home during your leisure time.

To be able to escape from urban living and relax in the country at Merlewood you are required to own or have a permanent home elsewhere and you must be on the electoral role at that address.

This is the address you would normally use for all your personal and business mail.

No post can be accepted at the Park.
